Ocean Course reserve

Designed by Thomas & Denzinger Architects and built by Sifly Construction, this modern coastal South Carolina home embraces expansive marsh views through large, light-filled windows. A transitional interior of muted earth tones and natural textures complements its serene Kiawah Island setting. Melissa Ervin Interior Design curated a layered mix of heirlooms, art, and vintage pieces, enhanced by custom finishes and textiles. Outdoor living shines with multiple seating areas and a saltwater pool overlooking the marsh.
