Lowcountry River House

This newly built 4,000-square-foot home by Coastal Structures along the Black River in Georgetown County captures sweeping marsh and river views. Melissa Ervin Interior Design specified all finishes, creating a cohesive, comfortable retreat. A palette of cool blues, greens, and warm earth tones reflects the riverfront setting, highlighted by smoky blue cypress walls and rich leather furnishings. Reclaimed wood pieces and vintage Asian-inspired accents add character, while custom lighting, textiles, and artwork complete this design.
